Ghost manifestation from light pole?

This is a very interesting capture on a dash cam by a woman named Kelly Nickell. She caught this ball of light that dropped out of a light pole and “walked” across the street.

The clip of this capture was a feature on the show “Paranormal Caught On Camera”.
